Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 4, 2010, in effect, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2010, which, inter alia, granted a stay on condition that the appeal be perfected on or before November 15, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second and third decretal paragraphs thereof the date "November 15, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "November 29, 2010.
