ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the third-party defendant respondent-appellant Unlimited Export, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 11, 2010.

ORDERED that the application is granted and Unlimited Export, Inc., shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), on or before December 6, 2010; and it is further,

ORDERED that Excel Electric Corp., shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), on or before January 10, 2011, and it is further,

ORDERED that Beach 20th Realty, LLC, shall serve and file its respondent's brief on or before February 14, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that Nalene Ramcharan and Narish Ramcharan shall serve and file their reply brief on or before March 21, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that Unlimited Export Inc., shall serve and file its reply brief on or before April 25, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that Excel Electric Corp., shall serve and file its reply brief on or before May 10, 2011.
