Application by the petitioners-respondents in Appeal No. 1 and the respondents-appellants in Appeal No. 2 on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 2, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-04567), and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court dated December 23, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-02295) pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief regarding their cross appeal from the judgment.
