Appeals by Steven M. McFadden from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated June 14, 2010. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Michael S. Somma, Jr., dated September 16, 2010, it is

ORDERED that the respondent James John McFadden is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals on behalf of James John McFadden:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent James John McFadden is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent James John McFadden, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
