Appeals by Steven M. McFadden from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated June 14, 2010. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Alan Fried, dated October 4, 2010, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Michael John McFadden is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals on behalf of Michael John McFadden:
