Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay the Supreme Court, Kings County, from determining the receiver's application for fees in the above-entitled action and to stay the hearing and determination of a certain order to show cause, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 8, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
