Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 6, 2010 for leave to file the record and its brief under seal in accordance with the stipulated protective order dated September 10, 2009, and entered in the Supreme Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the record or appendix and the parties' briefs shall be filed under seal and shall remain sealed upon filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 22, 2010, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
