| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the eviction of Alex T. Christie, Emilson E. Restrepo, Elvia Velasquez, and Luz Franco from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 7, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the eviction of Alex T. Christie, Emilson E. Restrepo, Elvia Velasquez, and Luz Franco from the premises located at 14 Scotch Pine Drive, Islandia, New York, is stayed, and enforcement of the warrant of eviction of the Fifth District Court of Suffolk County dated August 30, 2010, is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
