ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 18, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 13, 2007, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the dates "January 19, 2004, January 26, 2004, January 30, 2004," and substituting therefor the dates "January 19, 2005, January 26, 2005, January 30, 2005."
