Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order of this Court dated May 4, 2010, which dismissed an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 18, 2009, to reinstate the appeal, and for leave to file a supplemental appendix or replacement record for determination of the appeal.
