Separate applications by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 3, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 17, 2010, and the respondents-appellants' briefs, including the points of argument on their cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date.
