Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 19, 2010, for leave to reargue those branches of his prior motion which were for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel which were denied by a decision and order on motion dated July 28, 2010, and, in effect, for summary reversal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
