Application by Iryna V. Tustanovska, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 26, 2008, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Iryna V. Potekhin.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Iryna V. Tustanovska to Iryna V. Potekhin, effective immediately.
