Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 31, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-09416), and three orders of the same court, all dated July 8, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-09418, 2009-09419, 2009-09420), to stay a reconstruction hearing in the above-entitled matter and to recuse the Support Magistrate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
