Kimbo Realty Inc. v Mon Wah Realty, et al.
It is Ordered that the Landlord-respondent's motion to vacate the stay and dismiss the appeal is granted without opposition, based upon tenant-appellant's failure to perfect its appeal and to pay accruing use and occupancy and real estate taxes for November 2010, as directed in this Court's July 29, 2010 order. The stay is vacated and the appeal is dismissed.
