| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 9, 2009, to include an order of the same court dated September 3, 2010, and a letter dated September 10, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include the order dated September 3, 2010, is granted, and on or before December 13, 2010, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order dated September 3, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include the letter dated September 10, 2010, is denied.
