Application by the respondents Charles E. Papa, St. Louis deMontfort R.C. Church, Margaret Judge, and Kathleen Sweeney pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 2, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondents Charles E. Papa, St. Louis deMontfort R.C. Church, Margaret Judge, and Kathleen Sweeney to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 13, 2010, and the brief of the respondents Charles E. Papa, St. Louis deMontfort R.C.
