ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 22, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 19, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph the name "Andrew E. McAskill, Esq.", and substituting therefor the name "Andrew E. MacAskill, Esq."
