ORDERED that its order on certification dated November 5, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 19, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph the name "Andrew E. McAskill, Esq.", and substituting therefor the name "Andrew E. MacAskill, Esq."
