Motion by respondent for leave to renew an appeal from a judgment of the City Court of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, entered February 26, 2009, which was determined by order of this court dated July 29, 2010. Cross motion by appellants for costs, "reasonable pro se counsel fees," and sanctions.
