Motion by appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 18, 2010 and March 25, 2010, as a poor person. Separate motion by appellant pro se for an enlargement of time to serve and file reply papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for an enlargement of time to serve and file reply papers is granted and the reply papers are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person is denied (see CPLR 1101 [a]).
