ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 23, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the date "March 3, 1987" and substituting therefor the date "March 18, 1987."
