An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 24, 2010, and an order having been entered November 23, 2010, assigning Timothy P. Donaher, Esq., to conduct the appeal and permitting appellant to appeal as a poor person,
Now, on the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that the order entered November 23, 2010, is vacated to the extent that it assigns Timothy P. Donaher, Esq., to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Monroe County, provide F. Paul Greene, Esq., with copies of all papers and stenographic transcripts of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the transcripts, if any, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Family Court, Monroe County, within 30 days of the date of this order, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1121 (7).
