Application by the respondent St. Charles Hospital pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered July 1, 2009, and two judgments of the same court, both entered October 16, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent St. Charles Hospital to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 15, 2010, and the brief of respondent St. Charles Hospital must be served and filed on or before that date.
