| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 15, 2010, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the record to include a certain document, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, no papers having been filed in opposition to the motion to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix, and the papers filed in opposition to the motion to enlarge the record and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief, it is
ORDERED that the motion to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 3, 2011, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
