Motion by Marie Domond to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated November 17, 2009, or to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hold the appeal in abeyance is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the respondent Marie Domond to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 31, 2011, and the brief of the respondent Marie Domond must be served and filed on or before that date.
