Application by Jacqulyn Somers Giunta, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 18, 2008, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Jacqulyn Somers Loftin.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Jacqulyn Somers Giunta to Jacqulyn Somers Loftin, effective immediately.
