| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Masiree Yillah-Chow and cross appeal by Anthony C. Jennings from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 27, 2010. By order to show cause dated October 27, 2010, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving counsel assigned by an order on certification of this Court dated September 17, 2010, to perfect the cross appeal on behalf of Anthony C. Jennings on the ground that the attorney has been unable to contact Anthony C. Jennings, and dismissing the cross appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, and no papers having been filed in response to the order to show cause, it is
ORDERED that Richard Cardinale, Esq., assigned counsel for Anthony C. Jennings, is relieved of the assignment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
