| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 15, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, granted a motion by the respondent-appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered July 22, 2009, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the words "In the Matter of Antoine S. (Anonymous)", and substituting therefor the words "In the Matter of Jack S. (Anonymous), as temporary administrator of the estate of Antoine S. (Anonymous), respondent", and by adding the following paragraph as the first decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Jack S. (Anonymous), as temporary administrator of the estate of Antoine S. (Anonymous), is substituted for the deceased Antoine S. (Anonymous), and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,".
