| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Mark Tunne from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, dated October 26, 2009, and two judgments of the same court dated December 4, 2006, and October 9, 2009, respectively. The appeals were transferred to this Court by order of the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, by order dated November 24, 2010.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with these appeals shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
