| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 7, 2009, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief and supplemental record, and for leave to file a color reproduction of a certain exhibit appearing in the record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file its supplemental record on or before December 22, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 3, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall file the color reproduction of a certain exhibit appearing in the record on appeal on or before January 3, 2011.
