Motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 28, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondents' brief which was submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 20, 2010, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
