Appeal by Nassau County Department of Social Services from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 4, 2010. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Jeremy L. Goldberg, Esq., dated November 30, 2010, it is
