| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 2, 2008, to be provided with "all Brady and Rosario material" to aid in the preparation of the supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED on the Court's own motion, the time for the appellant to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until February 8, 2011, and the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney on or before that date.
