Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue his motion to stay his eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 7, 2010, which was to determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 6, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
