Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue his motion to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 18, 2010, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 7, 2010.
