DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Michael Hofmann from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 15, 2009, and January 10, 2010, respectively. By scheduling order of this Court dated August 30, 2010, the appellant was directed to perfect the appeals within 60 days of the date of the order. The appellant has not perfected the appeals or moved to extend the time to do so.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to perfect the appeals in accordance with the prior order of the Court.
