Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 15, 2009, and an order of the same court dated December 11, 2009, in effect, to stay all proceedings brought on by a certain order to show cause of the Family Court, Suffolk County, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
