It is Ordered that the plaintiff-respondent's motion to vacate the stay is denied. Plaintiff-respondent's motion for an enlargement of time to file her respondent's brief is granted on condition that plaintiff-respondent file and serve her respondent's brief on or before January 5, 2011.
