Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 9, 2011, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion by Stephen D. Hans & Associates PC, for permission to withdraw as attorneys of record for petitioner is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until January 10, 2011 and this order shall be mailed to petitioner by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to petitioner to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321 (c) or to proceed representing herself upon the proceeding.
