| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Julia Baldari on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated July 26, 2010, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 29, 2010, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the judgment, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before October 29, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated September 29, 2010, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "October 29, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "January 10, 2011."
