Motion by the petitioner-appellant for leave to reargue that branch of her prior motion which was to stay enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 17, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated October 6, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
