Motion by Jonathan B. L. for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 13, 2010, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated October 18, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
