| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay stated portions of a judgment and an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 19, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-03413), and September 27, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-10713), respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeal from the order dated September 27, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-10713), on or before February 14, 2011.
