| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Toni Marie T. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 22, 2010. By order to show cause dated November 3, 2010, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving counsel assigned by an order on certification of this Court dated September 21, 2010, to perfect the appeal on behalf of the appellant on the ground that the attorney has been unable to contact the appellant, and dismissing the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, and no papers having been filed in response to the order to show cause, it is
ORDERED that assigned counsel for the appellant is relieved of the assignment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
