Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to file a response to the appellant's motion on an appeal from a sentence of the County Court, Dutchess County, imposed March 17, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondent's time to serve and file a response to the appellant's motion is enlarged until December 21, 2010, and the respondent's response must be served and filed on or before that date.
