On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated December 2, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 8, 2010, issued pursuant to CPL 440.46, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "Queens County," and substituting therefor the words "Kings County."
