Separate applications by the appellant-respondent Shore Drugs, Inc., the respondent-appellant Blanche Verte & Blanche, Ltd., and the respondent-appellant Joseph Mauro & Son, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals and cross appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, all dated April 16, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 14, 2011, and the joint records or appendices on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellant-respondent's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective answering briefs, including their points of argument on the cross appeals, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
