On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 10, 2010, in the above-entitled matter is amended, by deleting from the preamble the phrase "and an amended judgment of the same court also rendered August 19, 2009," and by deleting the first decretal paragraph thereof, and substituting therefor the following decetral paragraph: "ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,".
