DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to direct that all money from the subject car wash be deposited into a bank account requiring the signatures of her as well as the respondent Denis M. Joseph, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 19, 2010, and to direct the Supreme Court, Kings County, to conduct an immediate hearing pursuant to CPLR 6312(c) before a different Justice.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
